We have finally landed a new facility located on the corner of 14th Street and 20th Ave. N.W. Work will begin this coming Thursday to transform our new building into the future home of Comfy Couch Pet Services. As we move to a commercial building, let me assure you that our basic fundamentals will remain the same; grooming with the "at home" approach. Check back for more details on our new location, shop hours and new services in the coming weeks.

The 2008 Pet Expo went off with great success. During this busy weekend we met many new fellow pet companies as well as pet owners. We have enjoyed meeting our new friends and would like to share some of the moments we had at the Pet Expo. Please click here to view the pictures.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Justine Body to the Comfy Couch Team. Justine joined us at the beginning of March and brings with her an amazing grooming talent. Together with her creative skills, we expect to have a bright future ahead.

Located in the Northeast Area of Calgary Alberta in the community of Coventry Hills, Comfy Couch Pet Services provides an actual family oriented, quality service in a comfortable atmosphere. By providing a tailored service for each pet that is in our care, Comfy Couch ensures that your pets needs are never neglected and that the quality of service provided far exceeds that of most commercial grooming shops. We stray from the formula of kenneling pets all day as they await their turn in line and instead focus on finishing each pet before we accept any others for a given day. Every product we use is of professional quality and is intended for use on animals.

Dog grooming appointments are performed on their actual appointment time and are usually 90 minutes or less in duration. We offer a variety of grooming styles to cater to your individual taste while at the same time, providing the gentle care that your pet deserves. There are a number of Calgary grooming shops that claim to have many years of professional dog grooming experience. This is certainly true in some cases but, like in any other large city across Canada, Calgary has it's share of grooming shops that are run by people looking out for their own interests; not your's or more importantly, your pets. They mislead the general public by failing to mention that the majority of the grooming experience is carried by one person in their shop and chances are, you won't get that person for your dogs appointment.

Comfy Couch Pet Services is owned and operated by Daiana Sioui who is a Certified Groomer with 16 professional years in the pet industry. Daiana is also trained in Pet First Aid and is a member in good standing with Pet Sitters International and the Canadian Kennel Club. When your pet is with Comfy Couch, you will have piece of mind knowing that the people handling your dog are indeed the people with the experience.
